At Sweet Pea we believe the welfare of every child is paramount.
It is the objective at Sweet Pea to provide the highest standards of care and education for all the children. Sweet Pea aims to provide a friendly, clean, comfortable and safe environment which the children will find stimulating and challenging and where enjoyment and fun are linked with discovery and learning.
Staff are sensitive and responsive to the individual needs of each child. We take pride in ensuring we only have the best motivated loving professionals to look after your child who will look to introduce them to the Welsh language, while working mainly through the medium of English.
We are committed to:-
• Delivering a service of the highest standard that will develop and improve each Childs quality of life.
• Respecting each child taking into account their individual needs, cultural and ethnical backgrounds.
• Ensuring that our service is in accordance with the National Minimum Standards to meet the legal requirements of CIW .
• Ensuring that all Sweet Pea employees are subject to DBS check in accordance to the law
• Providing Staff with access to relevant training including paediatric first aid, food hygiene and child protection
• Working in partnership with parents/carers, local authorities and outside agencies where necessary
